While inspiration can be found all around us, we’d like to spotlight a few additional support systems to hearten your artistic ingenuity. To enhance your #BEA2022 entries, 8 of Wella’s Signature Artists are now offering 1:1 virtual coaching to act as your ‘editing eye’ throughout the creative process.

We spoke with Wella Studio Signature Artist Jessica Stranieri and had her answer some questions about virtual coaching and why it’s such a great tool!

What can a salon pro expect from Wella Virtual Coaching? 

JS: Virtual coaching provides a customized session for salon pros to receive guidance from Wella’s Signature Artist team. It’s a great opportunity to keep the momentum going or even refresh on a topic of choice!

What kinds of topics will you cover in a session? 

JS: With BEA in full swing, I was happy to add this topic to my 1:1 coaching options. Some examples would be inspiration for entry, how to build and deliver a concept story, and how to incorporate elements and principles of design. Additional topics that are available to choose from are color formulation, color correction, and business management.

How far along in the process should someone be before signing up for a session?

JS: Prior to signing up for a session, it would be helpful to have your entry look planned. Having a confirmed model, as well as an overarching concept will provide for a beneficial coaching session.

What are your #PROtips for salon pros entering the Beauty Envision Awards for the first time? 

JS: A few #PROtips for the first time entrants would be to have a clear vision, ensure your submission includes overall cohesiveness, and to play on your technical skills!

What’s one trend you’re hoping to see this year at BEA?

JS: One trend I anticipate seeing this year at BEA is intense dimension. Precise blending of bespoke designs through nature inspired colors and shapes!
