The Beauty Envision Awards come with multiple stops: crafting your entry, making it to the first-ever Digital Finalist Round and, hopefully, taking the title as a BEA Winner. However, one of the most invaluable parts of this experience is learning from the industry’s best.
This year, we called on 10 experts to virtually connect with our Finalists as they crafted their 2nd entries. With decades of combined experience, titles and awards, these mentors are true inspirations — and we all have so much to learn from them!

It’s no shock that Clairol Educator and industry pioneer Ingrinette Pope took the lead as we unveiled a NEW #clairolpro2020bea category completely devoted to multi-textured hair! Her mentorship helped Finalists take their digital entry to the next level.
