Swarovski Celebrity Nail Artist Jenny Bui has seen some SERIOUS bling in her career (including Cardi B’s). Digital Finalists had to put in WERK to get her vote.
This year’s judging panel was more than qualified to determine which jaw-dropping, show-stopping talent will go down in BEA history.
