As we recognized the struggles of hairdressers, we asked how we could best support our community and make an impact where it mattered. Our efforts included:
THE Fractured Not Broken VIRTUAL Fundraiser
This Facebook live stream event showcased artistry and education to raise funds and awareness for the Professional Beauty Association and the Loveland Foundation, which brings opportunity and healing to communities of color, especially Black women and girls. Wella’s $300,000 donation kicked off the giving, as we called on the Wella Family to show what can happen when we put our minds together. REWATCH THE LIVE SHOW HERE.
Hairdressers At Heart COVID-19 Relief Fund
Our community was made to help salon professionals succeed at every step of their career — even the most challenging. So, when COVID-19 breached borders and touched each of our lives, The Hairdressers At Heart COVID-19 Relief Campaign donated $200,000 in COVID-19 relief to professionals affected by the pandemic.
Hairdressers Against Human Trafficking
The beauty industry has a central presence in the human trafficking industry. Through Hairdressers At Heart, we're using our platform to educate beauty professionals on the signs of human trafficking as well as advocate for other organizations making a difference, such as the National Human Trafficking Hotline.

Supporting professionals throughout their career also means equipping and empowering them with the proper knowledge. In collaboration with wella education, we inform our community on the latest trends, techniques and culture, in hopes of making them the most capable and creative artists in the business.
